RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Domestic Orders:

For domestic orders, you can return/exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery if you receive the item in damaged or defective condition. If you wish to initiate a return, please consider the following circumstances and their corresponding resolutions:

To raise a return request, please send a message to +91 96112 06100 or an email to [email protected] with the order details and the reason for return. In case of a damaged or incorrect item, it is mandatory to provide a photograph of the product, the price tag, and the packing cover that was delivered.

Our support team will analyze the return request and approve it if necessary. Once a return is approved, you should pack the item and ship it to the following address:

The products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unwashed and unused. Please ensure that the price tag (and the silk mark tag, if applicable) is present, and the saree folding remains intact.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, selected Pin codes are eligible for reverse pick-up service. However, for free shipping orders, a logistic cost of Rs. 75 to Rs. 100  per item will be charged for both the onward and return shipment.

After receiving the returned item and approving it through our quality assurance team, we will issue a refund or exchange. The refund amount will only cover the cost of the product. Any other costs incurred by the company or customer for the order will not be refunded.

All refunds will be credited to the same payment mode used for the order. Please note that the refund may take 7 to 10 working days to credit from the date of initiation.

Orders from USA :

Similar to domestic orders, for orders from the USA, you can return/exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery if you receive the item in damaged or defective condition. If you wish to initiate a return, please consider the following circumstances and their corresponding resolutions:
