HOW DO I LOG IN/REGISTER?

On our home page at the top right corner, you will see the option of “Account”. Click on it and you will be guided to the “Log In /Register” Page. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation mail from our end.

HOW DO I SHOP ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Shopping on “MY VASTR” is Fun and Easy. Browse through the website to find what you would like to purchase. Once you have found the product you like, click on “add to cart” button next to each product.

  • Review your items in the shopping cart you have shortlisted.
  • Click on “Proceed To Payment” to complete your order.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details billing addresses, and passwords. If your payment fails, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] We will resolve the issue. If your payment is debited from your account after the payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Regular status updated will be provided about your order through email.

All you need is to provide us the item SKU/codes and the required numbers through an email so that we can check and inform you about the prices and availability.
